FAQ (Frequency Asked Question)
Q: My unit only works in one direction after times using?
A: The system is interfered by another different radio frequency device, please reset the system and pair the fob key and the receiver.
Clean the code of the receiver and fob key
Keep sticking the red button for 10 seconds, the link between the receiver and the fob key will be dismissed.
Follow the below steps to pair again
Connect the receiver to the power supply.
Stick the red button on the back of the receiver box
Press any keys on the fob key controller
Avoid: Press two keys at the same time, they interfere.
Remote Controller
Keys [UP] control motor forward(clockwise) turn: When you press UP, the motor action by corotation, stop when loosen.
Keys [DOWN] control motor reverse(counterclockwise) turn : When you press down, the motor action by reversal, stop when loosen.
