Directions

Wrap the bandage around the injured area, starting at the bottom and moving upwards, overlapping the bandage with each wrap. 4. Secure the bandage with the hook-and-loop closure, ensuring a snug but not too tight fit. 5. To remove the bandage, gently unfasten the hook-and-loop closure and unwind it from the injured area. 6. After use, wash the bandage for reuse, retaining its elasticity.
