- PROTECT YOUR FURNITURE - The Elan A4 cutting mat with imperial grid is ideal to use as cutting board for sewing or cutting board for crafts. This artist cutting mat is self-healing and is also used as a quilting mat, fabric cutting board, modeling mat, or craft cutting board.
- SELF-HEALING - The self healing mat 9x12 consists of 5 layers of different PVC materials. When an incision is made, the top layers of the black cutting mat contract together to hide the cut and keep the surface flat.
- SUSTAINABLE - The two underlying layers of the fabric cutting mat 9 x 12 are made from strong recycled PVC, which reduces the environmental footprint of our product. The middle layer gives the sewing mat robustness. To maintain quality, do not bend the cutting mat for sewing 9 x 12.
- PROFESSIONAL GRID - Both sides of the hobby mat feature a precise 12x9" imperial patchwork grid. Many other mats offer a smaller grid, but ours ensures the grid is exactly the advertised size. The patterns and text are professionally applied, ensuring long-lasting readability.
- COLOR & SIZE - Elan 9x12 cutting mat has two colors. This hobby mat is black on one side and taupe on the other. Elan hobby cutting mat is available with an imperial grid for sizes 36x48, 24x36, 18x24, 12x18, 9x12 inch.

Elan's cutting mats are made with self-healing layers.
This allows most of the cuts in the mat to heal, without leaving significant traces. Thanks to the unique material used in the layers, the cut left by the blade will close without leaving significant signs. This attribute enhances the durability of your cutting mat.

How does the self-healing layer work?
The self-healing layer allows most of the cuts in the mat to heal, without leaving significant traces. Thanks to the unique material used in the layers, most of the cuts will be restored.
