Directions
1) Lightly dampen your toothbrush, and dip its head into the Powder. Ensuring all bristles are evenly coated. 2) Brush for four minutes, allowing each quarter of your mouth one minute of brushing. 3) Rinse your mouth thoroughly, and follow by brushing with your regular toothpaste for two minutes. Repeat one to two times per week.
