To prepare your pond for colder months, use Microbe-Lift Autumn/Winter Prep as follows: 1) In the fall, add liquid portion of treatment to at a rate 32 ounces every 1000 gallons water. 2) Add one water-soluble packet two weeks, continuing until water temperature remains consistently below 40°F (4°C). 3) Ensure even distribution packets in pond. 4) Continue using product during winter, it effective darker conditions and under ice snow. 5) For best results, with other care products.
