The thermocouple thermometer also has a 0. 5°F (or 0. 2°C) resolution and a 3: 1 distance-to-spot ratio. This feature rich kitchen tool also has min/max and hold functions, auto-off to preserve battery life, a HACCP pass/fail light system to notify the user of potential violations and an IP65 rating.
